Welcome to The English Island - a school built by teachers for students. We are different from other schools because of our small, personal classes. Students here at The English Island become close friends and part of our English Island family.
We pride ourselves in fostering a family-like atmosphere. Students have the opportunity to really get to know one another, both in and outside of the classroom. Many students make friendships that will last long after their time at the school.
We believe learning English is more than just English classes and that it should be fun. The English Island provides numerous opportunities for students to get out of the classroom and to experience the rich cultural heritage of the Atlanta area.
We offer a variety of on-campus and off-campus activities throughout the year. On-campus activities include karaoke, board games, movies, potlucks, and holiday parties. Off-campus activities include picnics at local parks, trips to the Atlanta Dogwood Festival and Greek Festival, attending Atlanta Braves (Major League Baseball) games, and visits to the King Center, the Delta Flight Museum, the World of Coca-Cola, and Six Flags Over Georgia.
Come study with us, and you will see how much fun we have in class and outside of class. You will learn many new things, meet many new people, and see so many new places. Come to The English Island and become part of our family.
